Everyone experiences anger as it one of the most common emotions; however, it is important to recognize the intensity of your anger and to manage it effectively. Anger is often characterized by symptoms of agitation, outbursts, yelling, or violence. If you experience any of these symptoms throughout most of your day and consecutively over a long period, it may be time to seek counseling services to help you reduce these thoughts and behaviors.
